Tips for working with Supplemax (this is a type of beading thread and what we'll be working with) 1. When you cut a piece of Supplemax, you will want to run it through your hands. Warming it up this way helps straighten it out so it is easier to work with.
2. If you have trouble seeing the ends, take a Sharpie and color the ends of the thread.
3. When you cross over, you take your right thread through the last bead added on the left. You take the thread through the bead in a direction that is going toward your work. Your left thread becomes your right and your right thread becomes your left. Therefore, the positioning of left and right refers to what hand the thread is in.

| | MODIFICATIONS: 1. To make the Starburst pendant 2-toned instead of 3-toned, you will need to modify your materials slightly. You will still need 22 4mm bicones. You will need 25 6mm bicones. The difference is that all of your 6mm bicones will be the same color.
2. Every time the instructions call for you to pick up a B or a C, you will simply pick up a 6mm bicone. This might make it easier to learn this pendant if you are having difficulty working with 3 different colors.
