Wire Wrapped Rings Video

Part Number:VIDEO-0044

Learn how to make wire wrapped rings with our free jewelry making video:
While Karla and I were at our Clearwater Trunk Show, we had several questions about how to make wire wrapped rings using different types of beads. Since I turn every type of jewelry bead into a ring, I thought I would pass the knowledge along in this week’s video tutorial.

I've always trusted Aunties Beading Videos
One of my customers asked for some rings, I said to her, "No problem!". Left there scratching my head saying to myself, "what did I just commit to?, I have no clue how to make a ring!!". I came to Aunties Beads website, where I have always TRUSTED to teach me new things. This video was straight forward and easy. That evening I made over 50 different styled rings for my customer and she was absolutely delighted with them. Thank you "Aunties"!!

Mrs.
Pretty rings. I made them using 18-gauge sterling wire and 18-gauge gold-filled wire. The 20-gauge wire is far too thin. I did two wraps, rather than three, as three wraps with the 18-gauge wire didn't look quite right. I've found that my customers prefer sterling and gold-filled wire, rather than plated wire, as the plate on the wire will wear off with the continual contact with the other fingers.
