Vintage Romance Charm Bracelet Project

The color palette was the inspiration for this romantic and whimsical piece. Antique brass, gunmetal, peach, pink and champagne beads and baubles make this a one-of-a-kind beaded charm bracelet.

Instructions:

Cut a 10 link piece of chain. Take 2 gunmetal jump rings and attach them to the 10 link piece of chain. Make sure they are closed and set aside.
Cut a piece of beading wire measuring about 8 inches. String a crimp bead toward one end. Run your wire through the loop on the clasp and then back down through the crimp bead. Crimp.
String the following: 4mm antique brass round, gunmetal bead cap, champagne glass pearl.
Repeat step 3 six more times so you have a total of 7 glass pearls.
String a 4mm antique brass round and a crimp bead. Run your beading wire through the 2 jump rings attached to the 10 link piece of chain then back down through the crimp bead and 4mm round. Crimp. Cut excess wire.
Open a gunmetal jump ring. Attach it to the antique brass filigree heart charm. Attach it to the loop on the clasp. Close the jump ring.
Note: You can add the beads, baubles and charms any way you want but, in the following steps, I will tell you exactly where I placed mine. Feel free to add or subtract as you desire.
Open an antique brass jump ring. Attach it to the heart charm with wings. Attach it to the 2 gunmetal jump rings between the beaded section and the chain. Close the jump ring.
On a headpin, pick up a pink Czech glass bead. Make a loop. Attach the loop to the link next to the heart/wing charm just added. Wrap the wire and trim the excess.
On a headpin, pick up a 10mm rose peach bicone bead. Make a loop. Attach it to the link next to the pink glass bead just added. Wrap the wire and trim the excess.
On a headpin, pick up your Golden Shadow helix bead. Make a loop. Attach it to the link next to the bicone just added. Wrap the wire and trim the excess.
On a headpin, pick up a 4mm gunmetal sparkle bead. Make a loop. Attach it to the other side of the link with the helix bead. Wrap the wire and trim the excess.
On a headpin, pick up your charcoal composite rose bead. Make a loop. Attach it to the link next to the helix and sparkle beads. Wrap the wire and trim the excess.
On a headpin, pick up a 6mm rose bicone and a gunmetal filigree bead cap. Make a loop. Attach it to the link next to the charcoal rose bead. Wrap the wire and trim the excess.
Open an antique brass jump ring. Attach it to the light rose briolette bead. Attach it to the link next to the 6mm bicone. Close the jump ring.
On a headpin, pick up a fluted gunmetal bead cap and a champagne glass pearl. Make a loop. Attach it to the link next to the briolette bead. Wrap the wire and trim the excess.
On a headpin, pick up a 4mm gunmetal sparkle bead. Make a loop. Attach it to the link with the champagne glass pearl. Wrap the wire and trim the excess.
On a headpin, pick up a pink Czech glass bead. Make a loop. Attach it to the link next to the glass pearl and sparkle beads. Wrap the wire and trim the excess.
On a headpin, pick up a 6mm rose peach bicone and a gunmetal filigree bead cap. Make a loop. Attach it to the opposite side of the link with the pink Czech glass bead. Wrap the wire and trim the excess.
Open an antique brass jump ring. Attach it to the gunmetal heart charm. Attach that to the link next to the Czech glass and bicone beads. Close the jump ring. You should still have an empty link at the end to attach the clasp to.
