Round Peyote
Clear video. Hands are out of the way and showing work. Voice knowledgeable. Like: that the beads and findings used are shown at the bottom of the video. All the variations of Peyote should be a beginners first stitch....a very versatile stitch. Bead & Buttons "Beading Basics, Peyote Stitch" is a basic collection Magazine. Thank you for your great Video's.

tubular peyote
Karla I love your videos, learned regular peyote stitch with your videos, on the tubular my thread shows and it feels squishy sorta like a kumihimo? have i done something wrong?
Karla's Response:
You can change the thread color to what best matches the beads, however it will show to some extent. Keep in mind that tension needs to be maintained, but I really don't remember that tube being very stiff. So if it feels a bit "squishy" that that is okay. If you want it firmer, you could possible run some tubing into the middle of it. Hope that helps. Thanks!

perfect, as always
all these videos helped me learn weaving and this is no exception. I wish Mrs. Schäfer would make a whole series to buy or something...
