Why not symbolize your children's birth on the Tree of Life Pendant? The Tree of Life means so much to so many, so by dangling the birthstone colors of your children or grandchildren, you will symbolize their life to you. I dangled the Swarovski Crystals from the top of the pendant, however for a Grandmother you could drop the parents from the top and the grandchildren from the bottom!

Instructions:
I used a Rosary Loop in this construction, so please watch the Rosary Loops Video for a "how to". See also the Jump Lock Ring Video for a "how to".
- Add the jump lock ring to the pendant as shown in the video and then using two pairs of pliers open the large jump ring and add it to the jump lock.
- Take the silk and half it, creating a loop and slip this through the large jump ring, running the ends of the silk through the loop of the silk and tighten, creating a larks head knot.
- Drop the Swarovski Crystal onto a head pin, using the wire looping tool, create a rosary loop attaching it to the jump lock loop on the pendant, repeating for every crystal in the order of your choice or birth order.
- The ribbon is tied at the back of the neck and therefore is adjustable in wear length.
