TierraCast antique copper plated pewter hamsa hand charm. This charm has a width of about 13mm and a length of about 21mm. The inner diameter of the loop is 2.25mm.
The hamsa is a symbol shaped like a hand, with the three central fingers being longer than the pinky and the thumb. The word hamsa comes from the Hebrew "hamesh", meaning five. The eye in the center is thought to word off the "evil eye", bringing positive thoughts and good luck in the process. This symbol has long been used in Jewish and Middle Eastern jewelry.
