Coiling Gizmo Econo Winder
from Beadalon.
Easily create your own jewelry from coiled wire! Tool includes two cranking rods (.063" (1.6mm) and .135" (3.4mm) diameter), a bracket frame, and instructions. Use the Coiling Gizmo with all gauges of
Artistic Wire
(wore sold separately) to make beaded jewelry and other designs.
The Coiling Gizmo works by making a coil spring with wire coiled around one of the crank rods. A core wire is inserted into this spring. Coiling it again produces a bead.

Works great!
This gizmo is fun and easy to use. I screwed mine to a 19" long piece of 2x4 (actually 3 1/4 x 1 1/2") and it is very stable with just that, easy to move when needed, and I didn't a C-clamp. I had a hard time getting the first coil I made to start going around to coil into a bead, but I was using rather stiff wire (22 gauge stainless steel!) Still I was able to do it, and when I made another with 22 gauge copper wire it worked very nicely, even on the 2nd round to make the coiled bead.

Wish I'd have known
Wish I'd have realized that I needed to also get my hands on a piece of wood and a C-clamp before being able to use this thing. This one feature doesn't make it very practical for me. I had started out looking for the mini "Twist 'n Curl," but found this instead. I'm also glad I found the mandrel dimensions listed on Auntie's Beads websites because I sure didn't see anything listed on the product package. For those reasons, I give it 3 stars; otherwise, I would have rated it higher.

So Much Fun!
I love this gadget! It's easy to learn and easy to use but the things that you can make with it are endless! From simple coils to advanced beads--they all look amazing!I wish I'd found this years ago!

Coolest beading invention EVER!
I love this product! It is a staple in my beading supplies. It makes the most amazing beaded beads, effortlessly! So easy to use; just string the beads & turn the handle! That's it! The Coiling Gizmo is the coolest beading invention EVER!!

Very easy to set up and use. Makes beautiful simple beads without any instructions. Wish it came with instructions to make the "knotted & twisted" beads.

Great for Feather projects!!
Easy and fun to use. My favorite project so far has been with feathers - instead of pre-made coils or crimps, I can make them as long or short as I want, and in any color combination I want. Thumbs up!

Love this thing!
We ordered the coiling gizmo and then founf it at Hobby Lobby, but they gave you five different sizes of the crank rods, I should have looked around before I was so quick to send for it. This works great and we have had fun creating with it.

Coiling Gizmo
I love it! It's very easy to use. I use it with different gauge wire for different effects in my jewelry. I also found that if I make a certain lenght of coil and them flaten it, the results produce a certain look for my jewelry. I wish the rods would come in a longer length for longer coils.

Love this thing!
Love the Gizmo, adds a whole new dimension to my pieces. Have tried different colored wires together, plain, beaded, just about anything goes. Have had lots of compliments!!

Love the Gizmo!
The Coiling Gizmo is great. It arrived to my house much sooner than expected and I was expecting it to be difficult when I first used it. However, it is a piece of cake to use! I mounted mine on a piece of wood which makes using it even easier. Great tool, easy to use, and inexpensive!
