Credit Cards and Paypal  by 

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  We also accept payments via Paypal.  Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. 

We currently process all credit card payments through Paypal.  Per their processing requirements, we charge your card for the net order total when the order is finalized.  Any credits due to you for items that could not be shipped will be applied at the time of shipment.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks  by 

Currently we do not accept money orders, personal checks, cashier’s checks, or cash payments except in our store.  We have found that this is the most fair practice for all our customers, since we would otherwise be holding inventory for unpaid orders and potentially preventing others from purchasing those products.

Auntie's Beads is not responsible for the actions of third parties that may link to us or make reference to our brand name.  This includes, but is not limited to, sites that may re-publish coupons that they have seen on our web site, in our newsletters, or in other marketing materials.  These coupons will be honored only to the extent that the terms, conditions, and expiration dates are stated accurately.

Out-of-Stock Products  by 

In most cases you will be notified when you try to put something in your cart if it is out of stock or lower than the quantity you requested.  You will have the opportunity to wait list the item and be notified by email when it returns to stock.   At this time we allow backorders (no wait list) for most Swarovski products and a few other standard products for which we receive constant and regular shipments. 

Along with these backorders, there may be times even after completion of an order when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock at our main warehouse due to inventory counting errors.  In most cases we will ship all available products and then ship any backorders in a separate shipment at our expense.  If we cannot get the backordered products in a timely manner we will credit your order and inform you of this.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.  For your additional security, we do not keep your credit card information on file permanently.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Auntie's Beads site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

Returns  by 
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Policy  by 

Shipping Time -- We are very pleased with our reputation for fast delivery of orders.  We ship orders Monday through Saturday, except on holidays.  Normal turnaround to ship your order is 1 - 2 business days.  However, during big sales and other busier times it might take and additional day or two.

You will receive a notice to the email you gave us when your order ships. 

Most domestic orders are shipped by USPS first class mail or Prioirity Mail, both of which now offer tracking numbers.  We upload this tracking number to your order when it ships, so this is the first place you should look to track the order in transit and the expected arrival time.  This information is provided in the shipping notice we send you, as well as in your order history on your My Account page online.

Split Shipments and Combined Orders  by 

We will make every attempt to ship all products contained in your order at the same time.  We also try, but cannot guarantee, to combine orders placed within a few hours of each other.  Occasionally, we may need to create a split shipment and ship parts of your order at different times.  Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will never be charged any additional shipping charges for these split shipments. 

Please note that no portion of shipping charges are refundable when we combine separate orders you have placed into one shipment.  There is considerable overhead involved in locating and combining these orders, and the weight of the combined orders usually means the shipping costs are about right.

Taxes  by 

Auntie's Beads shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state (Texas). For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Applicable legislation may change at any time regarding the charging of sales tax on shipments outside of our state of Texas.  We will follow all applicable laws, and changes may be required to conform to these laws without prior notice.

Typographical Errors  by 

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Auntie's Beads shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Auntie's Beads shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Auntie's Beads shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

In particular, we reserve the right to correct any prices that may show up as zero dollars.  You have the right to refuse the purchase of these items after the correction is made.
