Return Form

If you need to return something, contact customer service via email at Orderteam@auntiesbeads.com. We must receive returned items within 30 days of purchase.

Enclose original invoice , fill out the Return Form completely (including authorization number) and mail to:

Shipping Charges – are not refundable.
Coupon discounts - are not refundable.
Damaged or missing product – claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of your package.

ITEMS WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO YOU WHEN:
-          we receive them after 30 days of purchase
-          your credit card originally used to purchase the order has changed or has expired
-          the product is not returned to us in the original packaging
-          we receive the products without a return authorization number

The following items may only be returned if unused and in original shrinkwrap:
Videos and Kits

We do not accept returns of:
Trunk Show items, Books, Portions of bead mixes, partially used wire spools, used tools, written instructions, clearance items or discontinued items

Lost Orders: All lost orders must be reported within 30 days of the ship date by calling customer service at 1-866-26BEADS (866-262-3237). After 30 days, the orders will not be replaced nor refunded.
