Project

This project uses hole punching and a riveting technique, if you are not familiar with these techniques, please watch the following videos:
Hole Punch Tools Video
Rivet and Snap Setter Kits Video
  1. Cut the leather to fit the desired length minus 1/2" for the clasp. I cut the leather 7" for a 7 1/2" bracelet
  2. Turn the leather wrong side up on your work surface and mark the placement of the eyelets. Using a ruler, find the center and mark it. From there, make a mark 1 inch apart, for a total of 5 eyelets.
  3. Using the correct size hole punch, punch the holes using the revolving punch pliers or the mini punch set.
  4. Insert the ant. brass eyelets into the holes and then set them using the setting tool according to the video.
  5. Carefully add a bit of Zap-a-Gap to the end of the leather and insert it into one half of the clasp. Hold until set.
  6. Repeat for the other half of clasp to complete the bracelet.
