To make this project, you need to know how to make a lark's head knot. It's easy, but if you have never done it before, a video is very helpful. For help on making this kind of knot, check out our Basic Knots Video. For help attaching crimp ends, check out our Crimp Ends Video.
Cut 4 pieces of 1mm leather. I recommend cutting each piece to 8 inches if you would like to end with a bracelet that is 7 inches in length. Note however, that your pieces will need to be shorter to account for a toggle, if you choose to use one instead of a crimp end and crimp hook. A good tip is to start with a little extra leather because you can always trim it later.
Holding two pieces together, make a lark's head knot around the connector. Repeat on the other side.
Add a crimp end to one side and a crimp hook to the other. Or, add a crimp end to both sides and use jump rings to attach a clasp.
