I wanted to make this cross for my husband and decided to use silver plated headpins instead of sterling silver. It was tough making the cross because it turned out flimsy and the arms were not quite locked in place. However, when I tried it with sterling silver headpins, it turned out so much better! So the moral of the story is: Use good quality materials for a more polished project! |

I bought all the supplies to make this cross. It was easy.If you are new at making wrapped loops, try silver plated head pins. I did and it saved me from making mistakes with the silver head pins. I will make a bunch to sell at my church with all the benefits going to their food pantry.THANKS Aunties Beads for all you do for us beaders who don't have the time to take a class. I really appreciate the videos. |

OMG! I had so much fun making this cross. And, as a new jewelry maker, it boosted my confidence to make more in different size of beads and colors. Thanks Karla for another fun and easy project! |
