I love the idea of sterling silver split rings - they stay silver! And they have the wonderful reputation for being the "ultimate" connector - it WILL stay on if you use a split ring. I attached a charm with a SS split ring so that it wouldn't come off a bracelet it was attached to, but it did anyway. Bad.
Make sure whatever you run through them is tiny & do not wrench them open very far. They will stay open just a tiny bit and that's all that's needed to lose your charm. |
