Questions and Answers

Q: Looks like you have to use jump rings with this bail is that a true statement?
Asked by: Diane McCowan - 1/23/2014
A: No, you do not have to use a jump ring with this bail. That is the beauty of it, it opens up ( you can see in the picture) and unless it doesn't fit the item you are attaching it to, then you decide weather you need an oval or round jump ring. I have used at least 3 dozen of these bails and they are wonderful and I just attach it to wherever I need it, always adds class to whatever design I am making. My customers love them!

A: This bail has a ring that is NOT Soldered! This gives you opportunity, depending on what you are adding. Most of the time I don't have to add a jump ring. But once in a while I will have to. Hope this helps!

Q: Is it open or soderdered? You have given conflicting answers to this question.
Asked by: Teri - 4/30/2015
A: You are right those are conflicting. I will remove the last one, because this loop is OPEN. I actually checked the item. Thank you for bringing that to my attention.
