Years ago, I created the Copper Connection Earrings project using TierraCast antique copper hammered links. Recently, I also made a pair of earrings using the TierraCast antique brass links and called them Linked In Earrings, but I couldn't stop there! These gunmetal hammered links are so fun with a splash of antique brass! You can also turn this design into a pendant!

Instructions:
A note about this piece: I chose to double up on jump rings to add substance, drama and extra security to the links and give the earrings a bit of a chain maille vibe. You don't have to do this, but I would recommend it.
- Attach 2 antique brass jump rings to the 20mm hammered link. Make sure the jump rings are secure.
- On a headpin, pick up a gunmetal leaf bead cap, a 6mm round antique brass bead and a gunmetal leaf bead cap. Make a simple loop. Make sure the loop is large enough to fit over the jump rings added in step 1. Attach and close the loop.
- Open a gunmetal jump ring. Attach it to the 2 antique brass jump rings added in step 1. Close the jump ring. Attach another gunmetal jump ring.
- Open an antique brass jump ring. Attach it to the 2 gunmetal jump rings added in step 3. Then attach it to the 13mm hammered link. Close the jump ring. Attach another antique brass jump ring.
- Attach 2 antique brass jump rings to the 13mm hammered link. Make sure the jump rings are secure.
- On a headpin, pick up a 4mm antique brass round bead. Attach it to the 2 antique brass jump rings added in step 5.
- Open a gunmetal jump ring. Attach it to the antique brass jump rings added in step 5. Close the jump ring. Attach another gunmetal jump ring.
- Open an antique brass jump ring. Attach it to the gunmetal jump ring added in step 7 then attach it to the 10mm hammered link. Close the jump ring. Attach another antique brass jump ring.
- Slip the 10mm hammered link onto a kidney wire.
- Repeat steps 1 through 9 to complete the pair.
