Small Jump Ring Maker
A great tool. I was use to using different size dowels. I like this tool much better since I know exactly what size jump ring I'm making. I also love the video Karla made for this tool. The simple tip on making a cut with your nipper tool, turning or flipping over your nipper tool to make the second cut. This simple tip has taken away my frustration of making jump rings. Thanks Karla and Auntie's Beads!

Jump Ring Maker
I love this jump ring maker. Easy to take with me when needed or when I only need a few. I have hand mandrels but this is so much more fun and easier to use. A must have item.

Questions and Answers

Q: Hi again, I purchased this item awhile back and now I'm wondering if I could make French Coil with it and what gauge wire would I need to use? Thanking you for your continuous helpfulness with my questions. Hugs to all
Asked by: Mary Ann - 5/2/2015
A: You should be able too, same concept, except you wouldn't cut the rings off, you would just have a long coil. I would use about 28ga wire. You would want it to be flexible.

Q: What size wire is best to make jump rings with?
Asked by: Susan D. - 3/8/2015
A: 20ga is a nice all around size and strength. But if you are needing something a bit heavier you can use the 18ga.
