6 mm Sterling Silver Filled Ball Bead
I chose these beads because I was using SS plated and soon enough that wore off exposing the copper underneath - not what I wanted at all! The sterling silver filled beads are the way to go due to the layers of silver that can be classified as a life time piece, just like sterling silver! Needless to say, I will be purchasing more:) Thank-you Auntie's Beads!:)

Questions and Answers

Q: Can these beads be oxidized?
Asked by: MDW - 12/13/2013
A: Though I have no experience with oxidizing, collectively we think that is can be done. Though we strongly erg caution to how much and how long they are left to oxidize, as not to damage the finish. If you are successful, please let us know, I would love to be able to post an amendment to your question!

Q: What's the hole size? I need 2mm... where are your beads manufactured? thx
Asked by: janice - 10/30/2014
A: The hole size on this bead is about 1.5mm. We think that the beads are manufactured in the U.S., however we are not positive. If you need a larger hole bead, we do offer the ss 6mm spacer bead with a 3mm hole: http://www.auntiesbeads.com/Sterling-Silver-Spacer-Beads-6mm_p_490.html
