Black plastic ring mandrel
I am so happy with my purchase. It is sturdy and works well for my intended purpose of making wire rings. This is my first ring mandrel and I considered paying $15 to $20 for s metal one because when I read reviews for other plastic mandrels ($6 to 10 dollar range) I found that they were reviewed as not being sturdy, not a problem with this one. This is a steal for a great tool and the shipping was incredibly reasonable, under $2.

In Love......
I am in love with this ring mandrel. I owned a metal one that was very heavy and RUSTED after a while making it impossible to use (waste of money). This mandrel is light and sleek and wont rust. I love it.

Ring Mandrel
I really like this ring mandrel. I also purchased one from somewhere else that I paid almost $40 for and I do not like it as good as I do this one. It is very light weight and you can read the numbers on it better. I use this one to make my rings with. I would suggest this for anyone and thinking about buying one for a friend.

Ring mandrel
I am making adjustable 6 and 9 wire rings that start out at size 2 or 3 and open up to fit an elephant's toe (well,almost). The main problem is to keep the ring round as the wire is stretched. Not only does the mandrel do this but it also produces an accurate size measurement quickly for sales at shows and festivals. I have bought two just in case, and the budget price made it practical to do so. Your quick shipment made it even better! Thank you.

Black Plastic Mandrel
I love this mandrel. I am a beginner and I was very pleased that it was so inexpensive. I ordered two at the same time, as I read somewhere the numbers may wear off in time (don't know if that is true). Anyway I like the fact that it is light and very affordable and I would highly recommend it.

Excellent Mandrel with such an affordable price!
I am very happy with this item I bought a few months ago. I have been using it non-stop for making wired rings. It is light, and the mark of the measurements are clear. It is such a useful tool, and I highly recommend this mandrel in particular.

Good Beginners Tool
I like my new plastic mandrel, but I would like it even better if it had some weight to it. I's soo light and I'll get the better mandrel later on. I now can make the rings I've always wanted to create.

Great mandrel for the price.
I think this mandrel is a great deal for someone just starting to make rings. I don't see any reason why one would need to spend a lot of money buying a metal mandrel when you are just starting out. This one works just fine.

Sweet Deal
I bought this mandrel to teach myself how to make rings. I made a few for myself and also a few for other people. it has paid for itself about 4 times now (even shipping)!!! The only draw back is that after so much banging and clanging the plastic begins to wear away and flake off... I am going for a steel one next time!!! And don't forget the finger gauges!!!

Great for a first time mandrel
