To Return an item:

To initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), go to your My Account page and click View Details of the order and click Add New RMA. Enter the requested information and Save the RMA.

You will receive an email with return instructions and an RMA #. Put this RMA number on the return envelope. If you return merchandise to us without a Return Merchandise Authorization it will delay the processing of your return.

We reserve the right to issue a gift certificate for returns less than $5.00. If you are a regular shopper, we encourage you to select gift certificate as your refund method. By saving us the cost of processing credits, we keep our costs low and bring you lower priced products and better service.
Returns will not be accepted when:
- we receive them more than 30 days after purchase
- the product is not returned to us in the original packaging
- we receive the products without a return authorization number
The following items may only be returned if unused and in original shrinkwrap:
Videos and Kits
We do not accept returns of: Trunk Show items, Books, Portions of bead mixes, partially used wire spools, used tools, written instructions, clearance items or discontinued items. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Lost Orders: All lost orders must be reported within 30 days of the ship date by calling customer service at 1-866-26BEADS (866-262-3237). We will issue a gift certificate for use at AuntiesBeads.com in the amount of the lost order. Lost orders will not be refunded or reshipped.
