Industrial Chic Choker The design for this piece came from a customer question on how to get the measurement right so that the piece lay correctly when worn. But what do I think of when I think multi-strand chokerwedding or white pearl like designs. So I put the Karla spin on it. It is a more industrial color choice: pewter, jet and red glass pearls make it modern with a bit of whimsy with the aluminum fuchsia spacer! Karla Schafer, Aunties Beads Designer Instructions: The right measurement is key when designing multi-stranded necklaces. You must add a gradual increase to each strand as you go down the neck. My suggestion is to start with a standard choker size 16. - Stringing the smallest strand, 16 cut a piece of beading wire 19 in length. Using the magical crimp forming tool, crimp into the first loop of the clasp. Note: when beading with multi strand clasp, I find it best to keep them clasped together for the first strand.
- String a mixture of the red pearl strand and Chinese crystal bicone, jet onto the wire, randomly place the jet bicones as you bead. I used a total of 9 jet bicones on this strand. Checking the measurement often, as you will want 15 of beads.
- Crimp the end of the wire into the opposite loop on the clasp.
- Stringing the second strand, 17 cut a piece of beading wire 20 in length. Using the magical crimp forming tool, crimp into the second or middle loop of the clasp.
- String a mixture of the black pearl strand with 5 of the pink spacers onto the wire, randomly placing them as you bead. Checking the measurement often, as you will want 16 of beads.
- Crimp the end of the wire into the opposite loop on the clasp.
- Stringing the third strand, 17 cut a piece of beading wire 22 in length. Using the magical crimp forming tool, crimp into the third or last loop of the clasp.
- Sting a mixture of the grey pearl strand, Chinese crystal jet bicone and the pink spacer beads onto the wire, randomly placing them as you bead. I used 9 jet bicones and 3 pink spacers. Checking the measurement often, as you will want 17 of beads.

Crimp the end of the wire into the opposite loop on the clasp to complete the necklace.
