The florid flower filigree is the centerpiece of this wire wrapped and chain necklace. Antique copper chain with elements of glass and copper beads, don’t detract from the pendant but enhance the over all look.

Instructions:

1. Six pieces of chain, 9 links in length and Two pieces 16 links in length.

2. Add an eye pin to the tiny hole of the filigree then drop a 3mm copper bead and make a rosary loop.

3. Add on of the 9-link pieces of chain.

4. Repeat Steps 2-3, but skip a hole and place the second eye pin into the third hole.

5. Add an eye pin to each end of the chain, dropping a 3mm copper, lantern and 3mm copper, making rosary loops to each one.

6. Add a 9-link piece of chain to each of the rosary loops.

7. Add an eye pin to each end of the chain, dropping a 3mm copper, lampwork and 3mm copper making rosary loops to each one.

8. Add an eye pin to each end of the chain, dropping a 3mm copper, lantern and 3mm copper, making rosary loops to each one.

9. Add a 16-link piece of chain to each of the rosary loops.

10. To complete the necklace, add a trigger clasp to one end with a jump ring and a jump ring to the other.

Florid Floral Necklace
This is a beautiful, very easy-to-do necklace. I LOVE the copper but it would look great in silver or gold, as well! And if you like big, bold earrings, try just putting the filigree findings on a pair of wires. For a simple but stunning bracelet, use the filigree finding with 2 links of chain on each side with a clasp of any kind in the back.
