Use your nipper tool (or whatever cutting tool you prefer) to cut your leather in half.

Hold both pieces together and slide on a 6mm sterling silver bead, an 8mm sterling silver bead, your flower pendant, an 8mm sterling silver bead and a final 6mm sterling silver bead.

Trim the leather to your desired length.  The necklace shown is 18 inches.  On each end, place the two pieces of leather, together, into one part of the crimp hook and eye clasp.  Use your chain nose jewelry pliers to crimp the center area.
