The following project uses leather crimp ends. If you are new to using crimp ends with leather, you may find
this instructional video helpful.
Instructions:
1. Place each of your crystals on their own headpin. Above each crystal, use your wire looping pliers to make a small loop. Use your nipper tool to trim the extra headpin wire.
2. Use your chain nose jewelry pliers to open a jump ring and hang your wing pendant from it. In front of your wing pendant, hang the crystal dangles you made in step (1) in the following order: 8mm smoked topaz, 6mm mocca, 6mm olivine, 8mm light colorado topaz, 6mm mocca, 6mm light smoked topaz and 6mm olivine. If you're using your own color combination, just be sure to vary the order of crystal size and color. Use your chain nose jewelry pliers to carefully close the jump ring.
3. With your nipper tool, cut a 20" piece of leather from your 2 yard coil. String your beaded pendant onto it. Add crimp ends to each end of the leather.
4. Use splits rings to attach your toggle to the crimp ends. You may find tweezers helpful in attaching the toggle.
