I love making long beaded necklaces, and Miyuki seed beads offer an affordable way to do so. I wanted to give this one a special twist, so I decided to embellish my jasper beads with seed beads for a necklace that makes a great impression without breaking the bank!

Instructions:
- Cut a piece of beading wire measuring about 60". String a 10mm bead on the center of the wire.
- String 8 seed beads on the right. Run your wire back through the bead. String 8 seed beads on the left. Run the wire back through the bead.
- Repeat step 2 one more time so you have 4 rows of seed beads running across your bead. Take the time to position these beads and pull on your wires snugly so the beads stay in place and are equidistant on the bead.
- Put a bead stopper to one side of the embellished bead.
- String 2 seed beads, a helix bead, a seed bead and a rondelle.
- String 20 seed beads.
- String a rondelle, a seed bead, a rondelle, a seed bead, a helix bead, a seed bead, a rondelle, a seed bead and another rondelle.
- String 20 seed beads.
- String a rondelle, a seed bead, a helix bead, 2 seed beads and a 10mm round bead.
- Repeat the process from steps 2 and 3 to embellish your 10mm round bead.
- String 2 seed beads, a helix bead, a seed bead and a rondelle.
- Repeat steps 6 through 11 one more time.
- String 18 seed beads, a crimp bead and one more seed bead. Put a bead stopper in place here.
- Remove your original bead stopper and repeat steps 5 through 12 on that side of the necklace.
- String 20 seed beads.
- String a rondelle, a seed bead, a rondelle, a seed bead, a helix bead, a seed bead, a rondelle, a seed bead and another rondelle.
- Remove the bead stopper added in step 13. Run that wire through a few of the last beads added on the other side (the rondelles and seed beads). Run your other wire through the seed beads and crimp beads.
- Pull snugly on each wire. Use your chain nose pliers to crimp. Cut excess wire.
