As we transition from Spring to Summer, we are all about the hot turquoise here at Auntie’s Beads! We will feature the classic blues and greens, as well as some really fun bright reds and fuchsias in gorgeous-girly shapes like flowers, hearts and crosses in our Thursday, May 27th promotion. I was inspired by the gorgeous mint colored turquoise rounds to make the Sweet Sorbet Bracelet.  The colors remind me of a favorite Easter dress I had as a little girl. Turquoise is very versatile for jewelry making. Classic greenish-blue turquoise pieces look great with silver or copper metals, and compliment coral perfectly.
