Rating Chalk Lazure Blue Divine

If you love the softest hint of blue these are for you. It's almost a "barely there" blue but such a lovely shade with it's lustrous finish.

My new favorite color..not a true blue, not really aqua, somewhere in between. I've used with bronze and also with other Picasso finish colors that contrast, like Jet. Will use these many times.
