Christmas Is Coming Bracelet Project

Creating right angle weave beaded beads is always fun, but when you create them in Christmas colors of red, green and silver, it is just so festive! This bracelet will become a new favorite for the holiday season!

Instructions:

If you have never created right angle weave beaded beads, please watch the Beading with Right Angle Weave Video for a visual demonstration of this technique.

Cut a piece of Supplemax measuring about 24". String a silver bicone, red bicone, silver bicone and green bicone. Center the beads on your thread. Cross over with the right thread through the last green bead added on the left.
Pick up a silver and a red bicone on the left. Pick up a silver bicone on the right. Cross over with your right thread through the last red bicone added on the left.
Pick up a silver and a green bicone on the left. Pick up a silver bicone on the right. Cross over with your right thread through the last green bicone added on the left.
Pick up a silver and a red bicone on the left. Pick up a silver bicone on the right. Cross over with your right thread through the last red bicone added on the left.
Pick up a silver bicone on the left and a silver bicone on the right. Run your left thread from left to right through the green bead at the end of the beaded strip. Run your right thread from right to left through the same bead.
Weave your right thread around so it meets your left thread. Tie a square knot. Apply a dab of Hypo Cement. Run your threads through some nearby beads. Cut excess thread.
Repeat steps 1 through 6 four more times so you have created a total of 5 beaded beads.
Cut a piece of beading wire measuring about 10". String a red bicone, a crimp bead and a green bicone toward one end of the beading wire. Run the wire through half of the toggle then back down through the beads just strung. Crimp. Apply crimp cover.
String a fluted bead cap, glass pearl and a fluted bead cap. Make sure your bead caps are cupping the glass pearl.
String a red bicone, a beaded bead and another red bicone.
Repeat steps 9 and 10 four more times, alternating the colors of bicones you use with your beaded beads (red-green-red-green-red).
String a fluted bead cap, a glass pearl and another fluted bead cap.
String a green bicone, a crimp bead and a red bicone. Run your wire through the other half of the toggle then back down through the beads just added. Crimp. Apply crimp cover. Cut excess wire.

12mm Glass Pearl Round Bead Strand, White (6 pieces)
Silver Plated 7mm Fluted Bead Cap, Bag Of 10 (12 pieces)
Pewter Tapered Toggle, Silver, 17mm
Sterling Silver Crimp Beads, Bag of 50, 2 x 2mm (2 pieces)
Silver Plated Crimp Bead Cover, 3mm, Bag of 20 (2 pieces)
Beadalon 49-strand Wire, 30 ft., .018 (about 10 inches)
Supplemax, .012 in, 50M WHITE (about 10 feet)
