Standard weight beading thread for peyote, square stitch, brick stitch, bead weaving, loom weaving, and all types of bead work with seed beads. C-lon size D beading thread is available in 36 colors. C-Lon® is UV resistant nylon monocord. It is very soft and flexible, and has a 7-pound breaking strength. Size D is a general purpose beading thread that is ideal for use with 11/0 seed beads. Consider coating the thread lightly with beeswax before stringing; this will protect against fraying, and will also make it water-resistant. Please note that color may vary from dye lot to dye lot. I found this so much better than the "fishing line" threads I had been using for bead weaving. It doesn't tangle or stretch so no frayed temper either. Great product, will buy again.

Orchid c-lon
What a perfect color for all the lavenders and purples in your kumihimo designs. Having this color makes your designs look so polished and coordinated. Nice quality thread, and very useful.
