The first clasp I received had several scuff marks on the surface. I returned the flawed item & a better one was sent to me. I would not recommend this clasp as the finish of the large surface area is prone to scratches and dings. The clasp is secure but difficult to use; requiring a lot of effort to slide into place & release. This experience made me aware that Aunties Beads’ policy is that they do not pay the return shipping charges of defective merchandise. |
