I found this tool to be a bit tricky to use. I tried to knot a strand of pearls with it, and it was very difficult. In order to get the knots snug against the pearls, you have to pull VERY hard, and that broke my silk thread right off. Maybe this tool will be better for thicker silk than no.2, and maybe I'll get the hang of it better in the future. Until then I'll be sticking to my tweezers. |
