Auntie's 4.0 vs. "Old" Auntie's
While the feedback has been very positive, we've also had lots of you tell us that you miss some things about the old version of the site. And while some of this is more a matter of getting accustomed some changes in an old friend, we are certainly taking a close look at anything "gold" in the "old," and preserving it in the new site.
It's been kind of interesting to see what you guys liked and are missing. And very gratifying to know, as so many of you have told us, that you do in fact think of us as an old friend. And while it's always nice when a friend gets a new haircut or a new makeover, you really don't want them to change TOO MUCH, or to change who they are.
Bottom line, we're right there with you. We're responding to suggestions every day to make the web site better and easier to find what you need. So now would be a good time to tell us what you think. Post your comments good or bad. We only ask that you be very specific so that we can truly take action on your suggestions. Vague generalizations don't help us much.

I have not been able to log into my account or put anything in my shopping bag since the new website went up, so I guess I don't think much of it.
