Rating Great Addition to "Aunties Offerings"!
I purchased these beads on a whim just because they were new and looked interesting. I'm SO glad I did. These are really nice quality--lovely soft blue color with subtle swirls. I immediately paired mine with some 8mm darker blue faceted agate stones and the result was a striking tonal necklace. This is a versatile color and bead that can be used in a variety of ways--don't miss picking up a strand or two!

Questions and Answers
Q: I notice you are listing several stones as "synthetic". Exactly what does this mean? They are dyed, mixed with resin, treated? Thanks! Linda
Asked by: - 4/8/2014 (Submit an answer)
A: Synthetic gemstones are typically those with high concentrations of resin. There may be some agate in the stone, but the majority of the stone is resin. They are dyed to look like the actual stone.
