This product allows you to cover a collage image and create a picture perfect pendant, that appears to be under glass! I will demonstrate how to use the product to make a pendant with a raised bed, but it can be used with the fill kind too, with a longer dry time. For the finished piece click here to view.

Rating crystal lacquer and crystal clay
I used the lacquer to enhance a compact, pendant, and earrings that I had decorated with Sapphire Crystal Clay and Swarovski chatons. The end result was absolutely beautiful. I had no idea if the lacquer would work with the Crystal Clay. It really does. I am going to do some rings next. The Crystal Clay looks like a precious gemstone when covered with the lacquer.

Questions and Answers
Q: Does this work with polymer clay creating a domed glass-like finish? Seems to be simpler than using Ice Resin. TKU for answering my Q.

A: I don't see why it wouldn't work, however I am not versed in Polymer Clay, so I am not sure how it would react to it. I looked at their website it is used for a variety of crafts.
